The more you go, the more you grow as an all-around player. Union Soccer Schools offer an incredible and fulfilling one-week experience, or an opportunity to participate in as many weeks as you like. With 1-10 week options featured, the weeks you choose do not need to be consecutive. Enroll for 2 or more weeks for reduced weekly rates!
FAMILY, GROUP AND FRIEND DISCOUNTS
A 5% Family Discount is given to all families enrolling two or more children. This discount applies to each child after the first in your immediate family. The first child, enrolled at the full tuition rate, is the player with the higher tuition. Refer Friends and save on tuition! Our Group Discount allows you and friends to receive a 5% discount off of camp tuition. It’s easy! All you need to do is tell friends about camp and send 3 or more applications to us in the same envelope! For families enrolling online, please call our office and we will assist you. Please note: Only one discount applies per camper (i.e. family or group).
SESSIONS AVAILABLE & TUITION RATES
Due to the Union Soccer Schools’ objectives and unique format, there is limited enrollment. Players are encouraged to sign up early and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you need to cancel your child’s enrollment, you must notify us in writing by April 1, 2013 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations on or prior to this date are subject to a $50 processing fee per child. No refunds will be given out after April 1, 2013 regardless of your registration date. Changes in enrolled weeks are based on availability and must also be made on or before the April 1, 2013 deadline.
A photograph will be taken of each player and team. To purchase photographs, an order form will be made available during each session.
EXTENDED TIME TRAINING PROGRAM
Extended Time offers additional training for players who need to arrive early or stay late. Extended Time gives you the opportunity to drop off anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM and pick up anytime between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Extended Time mornings cost $4 per day; afternoons are $6 if picked up between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM, or $11 if your child is picked up between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Billing is done through the mail at the conclusion of the session. No advance payment is required.
All players bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottles to camp. An insulated cooler or soft-sided insulated bag is recommended.
Multiple water coolers are easily accessible to all players throughout the day.
HEALTH HISTORY RECORD
To help us ensure each child's safety, a Health History Record must be filled out and signed by the camper's parent/guardian, as well as a licensed health care provider. Your child's Health History record must be returned within 30 days* after you receive your Enrollment Confirmation. Your child's Health History Record must be reviewed and processed by our headquarters' RN (registered nurse) before your child may attend camp. Please allow two weeks for processing. You will be contacted if additional information is needed. Our camp is staffed by a nurse who is on site when campers are there. We have many health and safety protocols which are reviewed annually by our Director of Nursing and our Medical Director. All of our policies, guidelines and standards are in compliance with guidelines established by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
*Please note: If you receive your Enrollment Confirmation on or after May 18 (within 30 days of camp's opening day) we must receive your child's completed Health History Record as soon as possible to allow the time needed for review and processing by our headquarters' RN before your child may attend camp.
If you are interested in organizing your own carpool, please check the appropriate box on the application. In May, Union Soccer Schools parents who are interested in carpooling will receive a list of names, telephone numbers, and street addresses of people in their town who are also interested in carpooling.
Before Union Soccer Schools begins, all important Union Soccer Schools-related materials and your player’s official uniform will be distributed at Orientation. The dates, times, and locations will be announced.
